Imbi Jürgen

Attorney-at-law Imbi Jürgen is a recognised specialist with long-term experiences with a focus on the energy sector and other regulated business fields. Imbi has provided consultations to energy producers, network operators, providers of energy services and new energy solutions as well as commercial consumers in their relations with regulators and other parties in the market in organising business, concluding contracts and solving disputes. Imbi has remarkable experiences in the field of environmental law as well, incl. in relation to the liability of a producer and environmental liability in general, as well as licencing and planning procedures.

Imbi has advised many clients from energy and industrial sectors to medical and training sectors in numerous acquisition and finance transactions.

Imbi has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 1997 and a board member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2016. In 2022, she was elected Chairman of the Estonian Bar Association.

Prior to joining PwC Legal, she has worked as an attorney-at-law in law firms GLIMSTEDT, Tark Grunte Sutkiene and HETA, and as a lawyer in the Baltic Commercial Law Office.
