Felipe is PwC Legal CEE's Senior Associate in charge of Legal Tech and Knowledge Management. Felipe’s main focus is to enable the legal teams to organise, share and use know-how and experience.

Felipe has a both a JD (2002) and a LLM in Law and Economics (2009) from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina; and LLMs from both New York University School of Law and the National University of Singapore (both 2008). In 2010, Felipe obtained recognition of his law degree from Universidad de La Laguna in Spain and joined the Madrid Bar Association.

Felipe joined the Buenos Aires Bar Association and started practicing law in 2002, first in Ernst & Young Buenos Aires Tax department, specializing in Transfer Pricing and Exchange Controls, before building up and leading the Corporate and Finance practices of Leverone & Mihura Estrada from 2002 to 2007. In 2008 Felipe joined the leading regional law firm Sorainen, and from 2009 to 2018 led its Knowledge Management department.

He has also been active in the IBA Law Firm Management Committee, serving as Chairman of the KM & IT working group from 2012 to 2015 and contributing to and co-editing IBA publications about KM in law firms (including the book "Knowledge Management in Law Firms: Expertise in Action").
